Really hit and miss with customer service. Prices are a bit high for some things.
Had a great experience buying gifts for family members. The staff were not only knowledgeable about the products themselves, but also ways to extend their lives and keep them in good working condition. I don't live on the coast, but I'll be keeping them in mind for my next kitchenware purchase.
