First visit.Website: I was unable to click the class descriptions from the drop down menu on my mobile device. The class I was looking for was not listed with a description.I also wanted to know if Myoga has mats for rent or borrow, and this info was not on the website.I called a few times and was only able to access voicemail.I went to Myoga 30 mins before the class I wished to attend would begin and the door was locked. I waited 15 mins and tried to call again.They open the doors 10mins before each class. In my opinion this is not enough time to get the answers to the questions I had.
I did a 'Yoga For Back Care' Class....very different approach focusing on muscle awareness, gentle attentive stretching, and relaxation....a different approach than any other yoga classes I've taken.....very complementary and beneficial!.....just exactly what my back needed!
