My daughter went in today for a trim and her hair was almost down to her bum. Her hair was CUT shoulder length and my mother was charged $45 for the so called TRIM . TRIMMING someone's hair does NOT take off over 8inches being as my daughter has healthy hair maybe 3 inches we're needed to be removed. I am upset and my daughter who is 7and starts school tomorrow is sad that her once LONG rapunzle hair is now shoulder length. Go somewhere where they LISTEN to what you want. They get one star as at least the cut is straight, good job. Next time LISTEN to your clients.

Sarah was my godsangel the day I came to Gibsons for the very first time 2 weeks ago. I had an interview in Gibsons and I was running a little behind time when I got off the ferry. My plan was to find the closest hair dresser and just get my hair straightened so it wasn't a mess for the interview. I ended up calling Sarah and explained my plan and situation, Sarah told me that it was too far a walk for me and that a cab would take forever and she knew I wouldn't have enough time. So the gracious soul she is , she picked me up in her vehicle, drove me to her salon, and straightened my hair let me do my make up and change and she even let me leave my bags at her salon so I wasn't carrying it to my interview. When all was done she even dropped me off at my interview and had me there 15 minutes early. Had it not been for Sarah's awesome help I would have showed up at my interview late and messy haired and with a duffle bag at my shoulders. I don't even want to think about it . She gave me the best service ever and I got the job also! I cannot wait to move to Gibsons and I am happy to know I have made a friend and have a hair dresser with the best service in town !! I would really recommend going there! And her dog Bijou is just adorable also!
Awful experience, staff was rude and solan looked like a closet. She made it clear unless your 60+they have nothing to offer.. I will never be going back. If I could give a 0 rating I would.
