Clerk tried to deny my government issued Alberta Health Care card and only accepted it after a supervisor said 'he would allow it this time'.Her reasoning is because it wasn't laminated?!You're not allowed to alter (laminate) issued identification. I also had my (new) alberta drivers license as my primary.Better training/ policies need to be implemented if my drivers license and health card aren't good enough identification.
Great selection, friendly & helpful staff. Later closing time on weekends would have been nice .
