The people that run this are very shady. The owner, William (Bill) Sluis, and his 'property manager', Beverley Jang Deal VanDelden (Beverley Van Delden), are a couple of scammers. The have scammed a couple of my colleagues. The latest was a friend who had an extended stay. He gave them a damage deposit and has since checked out and left the suite in excellent condition. Bill had the audacity to say that he can't give him the deposit because he is having cash flow problems. Not because of damage or anything but because of cash flow problems. So now I guess the damage deposit has illegally become a loan at best, but likely a gift as Bill is selling the house and leaving the country. What a POS! And Bev is just as bad. Ignoring all calls when she specifically said she was in charge of all finances. The place is a joke. Beware of any dealings with either.
