IGA Gibsons has a very courteous staff despite a high turnover of employees.Prices are somewhat higher than the mainland due to claims of ferry costs?( Did the research not true). To purchase produce you only have 2 choices in Gibsons BC. IGA or SuperValu.Prices are competitive as Ive seen employees from SuperValu in IGA doing Price comparison?Collusion?Anyways it would be nice if they took the time to remove the rotting produce to at least give buyers the illusion that their buying fresh produce.Every time Ive gone to buy produce I come across rotten food. Note to Management if your going to charge high prices for aging produce, the least you can do is remove the rotting items! Have brought the rotting produce to the attention of staff but I see theyre not doing much about it...
