we recently sold our townhouse through Darrin Goss, it was a very bitter experience!!!! He says all the right things at the initial interview but dont be fooled as we were. Didn't even .advertise in the Coast Reporter till my wife asked him to, takes for ever to return messages (days) . We would strongly urge you to use someone else better yet for sale by owner!!!! Disregard any reviews by KUNDALATA JAMES she is his girlfriend and posts positive reviews for him anywhere she can. Her facebook page has postings and pictures of them travelling together!!! i would strongle encourage everyone to verify the positive reviews as he has had his partner etc post positive reviews for him on facebook. Odd no new reviews then all of a sudden 2 appear in a matter of days!
