Nice park. Clean. But rum down in areas but to be expected

This place is right off the highway and doesn't have very strict enforcement of any aesthetics requirements for the trailers there. Some places are nice and well taken care of while others are somewhat of an eyesore. However it is only a 10 minute walk to the grocery store (on the very narrow walk path along the highway - which can be somewhat terrifying to be honest).
