Had a great lunch sitting on the patio. Started with three delicious Kuchi oysters and then had Chili Lime Prawns. View was great. Service good and atmosphere on patio super. Highly recommend it.
I was skeptical after reading all the bad reviews about the customer service here, however we were pleasantly surprised! Not only did we receive fantastic service, the food was excellent as well.This place reminds me of Rodneys Oyster Bar in Vancouver (but better) mainly because they have mostly male servers and the interior is very rustic and makes you feel like youre out at sea. We started out with half a dozen oysters and moved on to the sturgeon spaghettini ($22) and the bucket of Dungeness crab (MP). Everything was so delicious and fresh. The sturgeon pasta was very different than anything Ive tried before. The sturgeon was meaty and firm (similar to the texture of halibut). The bucket of crab was more than enough to keep us busy and full. Like I said, service was good. They were quite busy that night. Everyone was tied up as we waited to be seated, however we were warmly acknowledged and promptly seated shortly after. Our oysters took a little bit of time to be shucked, other than that service was attentive and quick.Definitely recommend this place!
Fan-freakin-tastic!630p & the place was packed. We left our names & #, by the time we walked down the pier & back they were phoning us with seats @ the bar. Highly entertaining as the place is just bumping & despite it all the staff are fun & engaging. They clearly enjoy what they do. Then... Pan fried oysters & crab bucket w/ chocolate tart for dessert. Fresh & yummy! We had great food & the experience was tops Can't wait to go back.
We shared the Salmon Crab Cakes (raspberry jam is amazing), Wings, Pan Fried Oysters. Amazing. Fresh grated horseradish on Caesars is delicious. Staff are awesome, we got our drinks and food quickly despite it being a little busier.
Really great food and amazing location and view. We were a bit put off when we popped by to make a reservation earlier in the day because no one seemed to want to help us, and when someone did, we were told they dont really take reservations, but they do have one table that they reserve and it was kind of confusing and awkward. We decided to just wing it when we came later for dinner and it worked out just fine, so no problem. I just suggest showing up because they dont really seem to have a clear reservation process. The service was good and the food was amazing. Not over priced for great seafood and the dessert was delicious!
