The food is good and the service is excellent. The small patio above the sea offers great ocean view. Try their mac & cheese or deep fried Oreo if you are fans of deep fried food. Pulled pork sandwiches are safe choices.
Had the brisket sandwich. The brisket was very good and flavourful. A large sandwich with a lot of meat. I wasn't a huge fan of the coleslaw. It was a quite malt-vinegar tasting, which isn't off-putting itself as I love vinegar, but there wasn't much else to the taste. Service was quick and friendly. The location cannot be beat, overlooking the beautiful Gibson's Harbour.
My favorite spot on the coast! Great food, amazing location and good people! Worth the money and dont believe any of the bad reviews. The owner always chats it up with the customers and makes it a great experience. My go to is the Meat Lovers Poutine and it never disappoints. Love this place!
Not your average, Southern style BBQ. This place puts a unique twist on BBQ with creative and interesting flavours. We shared the ribs platter and the deep fried mac n cheese. The ribs were topped with a good heaping of tangy-flavoured sauce. The platter came with a side of coleslaw and some of the best fries Ive ever had. The deep fried mac n cheese was also pretty good, although a tad dry (coming from a girl who likes her Kraft dinner soupy). Be sure to grab your food and take a front seat at the pier cause this hole in the wall place has great seating with a view!
I'm a pescatarian who doesn't like smoked food, but when everywhere else was packed for dinner, we got fish tacos here and they were AMAZING! Staff was cheery and helpful. View of marina in the little covered eating area was beautiful. Note they close at 6.30pm so get your dinner early!
